Mandolin always has a delicious rosé by-the-glass. They have white wines from heirloom Greek grapes (and I'm not trying to talk you into retsina wine) and well-priced Chablis, which is perfect with the octopus and branzino.

Bourbon is great when I need to scratch a Burgundy itch. It's hard to match the breadth and depth of the program that the Mina guys maintain and yes, I'd rather drink Burgundy with steak than California Cab.

Bocce Bar
Not just a bar, the list is survey of the Italian landscape with plenty of wines with personality under $70. They get bonus points for serving the red wines by-the-glass at a perfect temperature.
Uvaggio
Probably the best wine bar list in Miami. Wide ranging survey of the various expressions of Chardonnay but Sommelier Heath Porter seems to have an obsession with grapes like Trousseau Gris as well.
